Udon Beef Noodle Bowls - Recipe

Tonight i wanted to make some japanese food so i through this one together and it came out so incredibly good i wanted to share it with my fabulous readers. Its very simple to make and only takes about 30 min.
( i don't measure but ill do my best to give you guidelines)

Ingredients:
1 pound of very thin sliced beef ( i used lean stew meat)
3 carrots sliced
4-6 sliced green onions
1/2 a head of bok choy coarse chopped
2 cans beef broth
package of udon noodles (can sub spaghetti noodles)
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (use 1/2 if you don't like spice)
3 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of mirin ( sweet rice oil)

1.In wok add a drizzle of oil and cook beef til no longer pink. In the meantime bring a pot of water to a boil for your noodles
2. Add garlic, red pepper, honey, soy, mirin and broth to the wok
3. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer
4. Cook the noodles, carrots, green onion, & bok choy in the pot of boiling water til tender.
5. Drain, and add the noodle mixture to the beef & broth mixture.
6. Remove from heat and serve.

Chop all your veggies before hand so they are ready

Let you meat and spices shimmer

Cook your noodles and veggies at the same time

OMG, So good get yourself a bowl
