isn't much of a tutorial but i thought i would share with you all my blue christmas look. It was a very easy look to do. I started off with a blue nail, then using 2 coordinating blues add a funky design to the tips and some dots. You cant really seal the teal color i used just the light blue but its there. On the standout nail i painted a xmas tree and took the nail color to add accents.
