Little frankie & glitter nail art tutorial - Halloween Day 4

I had a request for green, purple, orange & glitter so i threw this one together. It features a cute little Frankenstein monster and then just a basic tip design on the remainder nails. This design is good for beginners and up and doesn't have a lot of small details so it should be ok for most people to do on themselves.
