Pork.. Its whats for dinner.

Well the boyfriend pulled out some thin boneless pork chops so its what we had for dinner and OMG it was so good. These are fork tender and cook up pretty quick. It also makes plenty of the sauce so you could serve that over rice or potatoes but the kids wanted corn and mac n cheese so we didnt do that tonight. Also if your anti-pork this is great on chicken or even turkey cutlets. I havent tried it with ribs but i bet it would be great on that to.

I have 2 EXTREMELY picky eaters and the pork chops were the first thing gone off their plates thats how great they are.
