Happy 4th of July

Its hot & humid, the grills are blazing, the pools are glistening and the air has a hint of sulfur to it. You know what that means? Its the 4th of July. Id like to wish you all a great 4th but remind you to stay cool this year as record temps can make for a dangerous holiday.

My top tips for you are:

• Stay hydrated big time and if you can help it stay in the ac or a nice cool pool
• Remember to eat, i know it sounds strange but seriously being in the heat and not eating right is bad
• Be safe around fireworks, never let your kids handle them alone
• SUNSCREEN is your best friend so use it
• And of course have fun...
